
Breathing Space Therapies has been a journey and fruition of my previous business (Breathe Easy Touch Therapies), my yoga training where my mantra was “Create Space” and also my 15+ years working in the Health and Wellness industry discovering the beauty of Holistic Wellness, connecting Mind/Body, and understanding chronic pain often holds trauma or emotional pieces. Everybody holds the key to their own healing, but sometimes the body needs a little help.

A Massage Therapist with 15+ years, Clinical Massage Therapy training, background in Sports & Deep Tissue Massage, and experience in spa settings & services, Amy provides full therapeutic massages in a relaxed & sacred space. You can achieve your goals with pain relief (acute, chronic or emotional), prevent common sports injuries, facilitate rehabilitation, maintain overall health & manage stress with tailored massage sessions. As a Holistic Wellness Coach, Amy will support & guide your individual goals, focusing on creating space for healing while building & maintaining a healthy authentic life. Consultations available on via online through Zoom or in person at the studio. Whether your goals are building muscle, shredding weight, adding in healthy movement, creating a better diet and relationship with food, dealing with stress and anxiety, empowering yourself and leaving toxic environments and people - with empathy and fostering healthy habits that can be maintained for life, Amy can be your cheerleader and guide, helping you achieve the person you authentically are inside that wants to be seen.
Amy is a Registered Yoga Instructor (RYT 200) with further training in Trauma Informed Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga for Mental Health and currently in a 300 hr Yoga Psyche Soul course.
Amy loves teaching mindfulness, meditation and breath work. Working with clients individually utilizing stretching,
strengthening activities and yoga poses, Amy can help you find the right self care routine for your specific needs.
